Ceramic Butterfly provides for its own clients and affiliates an important support and technical service.
The opening of an artisan photoceramic labortory is supported by the start-up project.
All the equipment furnished are all new manufacturing, guaranteed from defects for 24 months.
Our support service is speciliazed in the assembly of the equipment and is equipped with its own means.
Regarding the maintenance, the support service of Ceramic Butterfly has these priority goals:
- Maintenance of technical functionality of the equipment
- Supply of original spare parts and high quality supplies
- Remote servicing
- High quality of post-sale
- Compliance with regulations of Machinery Directive DPR 459/96 and subsequent D.Lgs. 17/2010
